Potato and Chicken Balls Recipe

The potato and Chicken Balls recipe is an easy-to-prepare and tasty, providing a nutritious and enjoyable light meal for breakfast, dinner, or as a side dish.

Ingredients

3 medium-sized potatoes

 

2 chicken breasts from Almarai

 

1/4 cup chopped parsley

 

2 cloves garlic, minced

 

1/4 cup chopped onion

 

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 

1/4 teaspoon cumin

 

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

 

1/4 teaspoon red pepper

 

1 egg

 

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
  1.  Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them in a bowl.
     
  2.  Fry the chicken with garlic and onion in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, then cut it into small pieces.
     
  3.  Add the fried chicken, parsley, and spices (salt, black pepper, cumin, turmeric, red pepper) to the boiled and mashed potatoes.
     
  4.  Mix the ingredients well and shape the mixture into small balls.
     
  5.  Mix the egg in one bowl and place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
     
  6.  Cover each ball with egg, then coat it well in breadcrumbs.
     
  7.  You can fry the balls in hot oil until they are fully cooked or place them in an oven tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
     
  8.  Potato and Chicken Balls can be served with tomato sauce, garlic sauce, or lemon and butter sauce.
     
  9.  They can also be enjoyed as a side dish with grilled meat or vegetables. Enjoy your delicious Potato and Chicken Balls!
