Chicken Burger with Avocado Sauce

This delicious chicken burger is perfect for a tasty and quick lunch or dinner. It combines the flavors of grilled chicken with fresh avocado sauce to add a healthy touch and fantastic taste.

Ingredients

4pc ALYOUM Chicken Breast Fillet 

 

1/4 cup Almarai yogurt 

 

1 tablespoon Almarai olive oil 

 

4 slices of Almarai burger slice cheese 

 

4 potato burger buns from L’usine 

 

1 ripe avocado

 

Juice of 1 lemon 

 

1 clove garlic, minced (optional) 

 

Lettuce and tomato slices 

 

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking. 
     
  2. Cook the chicken breast fillet on each side for 6-7 minutes or until fully cooked. Then, let the burgers rest for a few minutes after cooking. 
     
  3. Cut the avocado in half, scoop the flesh, and place it in a blender or food processor. 
     
  4. Add the yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 
     
  5. Spread a generous amount of avocado sauce on the bottom half of each burger bun. 
     
  6. Place a chicken on top of the sauce. Then add lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Place the top half of the bun over the filling. 
     
  7. Serve the chicken burgers immediately with your favourite sides, like French fries or a fresh salad.
