Cheddar and Veggie Omelette

Enjoy the Cheddar and Veggie Omelette as a delicious and healthy breakfast to start your day perfectly

Ingredients

1/4 cup Almarai Cheddar Cheese, shredded
 

1 tablespoon Almarai Butter
 

2 large eggs  
 

1/4 cup bell peppers, diced  
 

1/4 cup spinach, chopped  
 

Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.  
     
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until slightly set.  
     
  3. On one half of the omelette, add bell peppers and spinach. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the vegetables. Fold the omelette in half and cook until the cheese is melted.
     
  4. Serve it hot.
